Our Trainer
Alyssa Eise, ABCDT is our shining-star. Having worked in the pet industry as a teenager, Alyssa became a dog trainer after completing her apprenticeship at Westinn Kennels in Wentzville, MO. She attended schooling at Animal Behavior College and specialized in Private Lessons and Pet Nutrition. In perfecting her trade, Alyssa practiced under the eyes of her mentors and trained shelter dogs to increase their chances for adoption.
Why Provide In-Home Lessons?
Alyssa was adamant about offering in-home, private lessons from the beginning. During her apprenticeship, she quickly realized the phrase, “My dog listens to me here, but rarely at home.” was commonplace. Even worse, her mentor’s hands were tied, since she couldn’t see for herself what the exact problem was. And in turn, many owners left with a better trained dog, but with little satisfaction. Alyssa decided she wanted to change that.

Evaluation
Precursor to any Training Plan- In person evaluation of all the dogs in the home with Trainer Alyssa. Including an extensive questionnaire about the dog or dogs that will be trained. A custom training plan will be developed at the end and contracts signed if clients wish to hire our trainer.

Private Lesson
In-home lesson with the flexibility to go at your dog’s pace and work on what needs most fixing.

Day Train
Trainer Alyssa picks up the dog and does public, practical training. Day Trains can also include extended evaluations for dogs and also provide an opportunity for training equipment to be properly fitted and bought by the trainer for the client.

Field Trip
For the dog needing socialization or to practice public manners. Client and Trainer Alyssa go into public where Alyssa educates the client on how to read his or hers dog’s body language as well as train. Field Trips are designed for owners that want to maximize manners and commands outside of the home.
